About me

I want to help you discover your areas for leadership development, maximize your strengths, build effective work environments for your teams, and help you champion success throughout your organization or business.

As an executive coaching and leadership consultant with over 20 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, I love helping you crystallize your vision and develop a top-performing, world-class team.

I’m known as an enthusiastic, results-driven business maven with a collaborative coaching style. My clients recognize me as an agent of change, whether from the powerful changes that come from an increase in self-confidence or the changes that come with strategizing plans with achievable outcomes. I specialize in holding the flashlight, so your hands are available to do the work.

I am an independent practitioner with a passion for catalyzing leadership potential and fostering business expansion. I proudly hold credentials that speak to my commitment to your success.
As a member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, I'm equipped with John Maxwell's world-renowned leadership insights.
Additionally, my certification as a GrowthWheel business advisor ensures that I bring practical growth strategies to the table.

Although I primarily work in the United States, I’ve loved my time working in the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica. My book, Atrévete a Ser Una Mujer Exitosa, has sold throughout Latin America.

I am passionate about community wealth building in its truest form. Wealth has to be people-centered, as it is more than dollars. Economic and community development needs to focus on building collaborative, inclusive, and locally-controlled economies.

Although my parents are from different towns in Baja California, Mexico (Rosarito and Algodones, Mexicali), I grew up in Los Angeles County, CA, where I happily absorbed elements of Jalisco culture from my foster family. Growing up, I was often the “voice” for my parents which where my passion for developing and supporting projects which give voice to and serve diverse communities is rooted.
